Typographical Errors

While we strive for accuracy, WideWayTrading.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed with incorrect information, including but not limited to errors in product descriptions, images, specifications, or pricing. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, WideWayTrading.com will issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount charged at the incorrect price.

Use of Site

Harassment in any form on the site, including through email, chat, or the use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly prohibited. Impersonation of others on the site is also prohibited. You may not upload, distribute, or publish through the site any content that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable.

Order Acceptance

WideWayTrading.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion. Reasons for cancellation may include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud department. We will notify you if all or any part of your order is cancelled or requires additional verification. If your credit card has been charged for a cancelled order, we will reverse the charged amount to your credit card account.

Payment Methods Accepted

By placing an order, you authorize us or our third-party payment processor to process your credit/debit card details. We accept the following payment methods in the UAE:

  • Cash Payment at our Dubai stores
  • Credit/Debit Card on Delivery in Dubai, Sharjah & Abu Dhabi
  • Bank Cash Deposit

Cash on Delivery

For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made to the courier upon delivery. Please have cash ready and keep your phone accessible for a smooth transaction. A COD service fee applies, which will be confirmed when placing the order.

Debit/Credit Cards

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED. Users must ensure that the card belongs to them or obtain legal permission from the card owner for the transaction. All credit/debit card details and personal information are not stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to third parties.

Warranty Terms

Warranty claims for selected items will be handled by authorized service centers. Not all items include warranty coverage; please check the product listing for details.

  • Warranty Period: Repair or replacement under warranty does not extend or renew the warranty period. Warranty terms comply with the device manufacturer.
  • Warranty Not Applicable: The warranty does not apply in cases of unauthorized repairs, physical damage, liquid damage, use of non-original accessories, removal of serial numbers, maintenance, abuse or misuse, battery damage from overcharging, or tampering with battery seals.

Return Policy

WideWayTrading.com reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Claims for damaged items or missing items must be made within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise. Upon receipt and inspection of damaged items, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of the return.

Non-returnable Products

The following conditions apply for products that cannot be returned, replaced, or exchanged:

  • Used, damaged, or altered products after 24 hours of receipt.
  • Installed products.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.

Cancellation of Orders

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, please cancel promptly after placing the order.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
