Returns and Refunds Policy

WideWayTrading.com reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Please file claims for “damaged items on delivery” or missing items within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise. Once we receive and inspect your damaged item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return.

The following conditions apply:

  • All returned items must be in new condition (AS SOLD CONDITION), in their original box, and must include all unbroken packaging materials, blank warranty cards, manuals, accessories, and tags.
  • If the box has been opened, we cannot accept the return unless you have received the wrong product that does not match the packaging specifications.
  • Include the invoice with the return. If the goods are defective, please specify the issue on a separate sheet of paper and attach it along with a copy of the invoice. Please DO NOT write or mark on the product’s factory packing (carton) or the product itself.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team via email at info@widewaytrading.com or call us at +971 507 785 055 to request a return authorization. Provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address and any required labels.
  3. Package Your Return: Carefully package the items in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Ensure the package is securely sealed.
  4. Ship the Item: Use the provided return shipping label or arrange for your own shipping method. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items.
  5. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. If you requested an exchange, the new item will be shipped out promptly.

Non-returnable Products

You do not have the right to return, replace, or exchange products under the following conditions:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or are not in the same condition as received after 24 hours.
  • Products that have been used or installed.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.

Cancelling an Order

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if you wish to cancel, please do so promptly.
  • Once an order has been shipped, we regret that cancellation is no longer possible.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Certain items, such as personalized products or final sale items, may not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Damaged or Defective Items

    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Provide photos of the damaged or defective item, along with your order number, to expedite the process.
